Weddings in Tipperary 2013

Brides In Tipperary

Your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life. It’s about celebrating your love for each other in front of family and friends. We all want that perfect day with the wedding dress of our dreams, the traditional wedding cake, that old fashioned car to take us to the Church and venue, or even a horse and carriage, wedding reception in a hotel fit for a Queen and her King… the list goes on and on.

Planning your wedding is a very exciting time but with the work and stress involved for you both can some times be a bit much.  These days weddings are not cheap here in Tipperary or any other part of Ireland, on average a wedding costs between 15,000 and 22,000 Euros! Times are hard for many people at this present time and everyone is trying to find ways to cut costs on their wedding day.  But there is always a way to save a little, and no matter how much, it’s a saving.  This doesn’t mean you have to give your guests bread _ milk!  It just means you have to ‘think inside and outside the box’. There are lots of ways to keep the cost of your wedding day down.  Just looking around and doing a bit of research could save you hundreds at least. This doesn’t mean your wedding day needs to feel or look like you were skimping, it just means you were price conscience.  A simple wedding dress and even one flower the likes of a single lily can look fantastic and classy – you have often heard the saying less is more!

To help cut the cost with your reception try and set your date to a weekday or out of season (meaning not between the months of May and October) as many reception venues/ Hotels will give you a better deal for your business along with Photographers/ Videographers.  Don’t be afraid to haggle and you will do even better!
