Our lead singer TJ Ryan has appeared as a finalist on TG4 Glór Tíre TV show and has numerous TV appearances under his belt. He regularly performs on stage with many household names of the Irish music industry and is a recording artist in his own right with his songs played regularly on local radio stations throughout Ireland and the UK. TJ has been awarded “BEST ENTERTAINER” by the Tipp FM Radio Awards.

Johnny, The Singing Chef, just loves to surprise people with his vocal talents.Masquerading as the Hotel’s Head Chef Johnny moves around the room ensuring that all are happy with their meal and service. He takes to the microphone to address the crowd and thank them on behalf of the venue for their custom. He hopes they are enjoying the meal he has worked so hard to prepare and becomes quite emotional about how happy he is that you and your guests are so happy, so happy in fact that he bursts into song; yes, you’ve guessed it – “Happy” by Pharrell Williams.
From that point on it’s a roller-coaster ride of modern and classic songs with built in audience participation and interaction which not only breaks the ice but also sets the perfect party atmosphere in the room for the rest of the night.
As a full-time freelance musician based in Limerick, Ireland, John divides his time as a husband and father with his Singing Character acts, his band “Two Easi” and his ever-popular one man show.
John’s background lies in stage acting and performance (Island Theatre Company) and included appearances on Television and Radio alike. He relies heavily on this experience when performing as a musician and is always conscious of entertaining and engaging with his audience.His professional musicianship has taken him all over the country and John has been lucky enough to play venues such as Dolans Warehouse, Limerick (The Lollygaggers), The Savoy, Cork (Greenday tribute band “American Idiots”) and to sing at weddings in Slane Castle and Adare Manor (Final Touch)
